Fredrick Owen Vernon Philo, 62, of Fort Wayne, IN , passed away on March 25th, 2014 after a 10 yr battle with COPD, Sericeous of the liver, Bad heart among other thing. Fred was born on November 2, 1962 to Viola winafriedah Nuttle and Lester Philo  in Fort Wayne, IN.
