I truly enjoyed the many conversations I had with Fred as he was a colleague to me. The best conversations we shared were the one-on-one time as we were both early birds before most of the client’s staff arrived. He was a man full of wisdom, and incredible perspective. One fun fact I know about Fred, he LOVED his family. He shared photos, loved talking about his grandchildren, and I enjoyed listening. I wish I would have had more opportunities to work side-by-side with him. He is sincerely missed and will never be forgotten.

Sending my condolences to Fred's family. I had the pleasure of working with Fred for about a year. He was the nicest man. Always had a smile and encouraging words. He also gifted me a handmade blanket when he found out I was expecting. I'll never forget his kind gesture. He will be missed.

I didn't have the priveledge of knowing Mr. Bultman. but I do know his beautiful talented, intelligent, creative and kind hearted daughter, Stephanie. The qualities she possesses are the direct result of parents who built an environment where confidence and individuality could flourish. His legacy will now live on in his children, grandchildren, and their accomplishments. His love for them , and the familial nourishment he provided has yielded beautiful, beautiful , kind and talented Stehanie. May your hearts be full knowing he will now reap what he has sewn in a place "I can only imagine". Listen carefully and stay open.....I promise you will feel him near to you every day. Love, peace, and comfort to you Steph, and to your entire family, my deepest love and compassion.

I attended church with Fred and Michelle in the early 80’s. Had many opportunities to fellowship with them during that time. Before Fred went back to school; he and Michelle put there belongings in storage and pack their babies to test the waters in Clarksville, Tennessee and work with a former Associate Pastor of the church we attended.
During that time they made the decision to continue with Fred’s education. It was impressive to observe the diligence, hard work and sacrifices it took for Fred to finish school.
In the early 90’s I work on a project in Corpus Christi and had the privilege of Fred & Michelle driving down from Houston bringing gifts. That visit has always been a treasure in my life.
I am saddened by the News and will be praying for Michelle and Family

Fred worked with me for several years at Direct Energy. His joy and enthusiasm were contagious. He was always quick to smile and slow to criticize. He made outstanding gumbo and spoke highly of his wife and family. He will be missed.

Fred and Michelle helped at our organization's annual meeting each year. They have always been such a generous, kind, and fun presence. We will miss Fred's smile. Our prayers and thoughts go out to Michelle and the entire family at this difficult time.

We met Fred and Michelle in the early 1980's. Our spiritual journeys brought us together and we quickly bonded, sharing the joys and struggles of raising young families. We will always remember Fred's smile and happy countenance. No matter what the circumstance, Fred brought the presence of joy. We were physically separated over the decades, until Fred and Michelle reconnected with us in recent years. We are so grateful for having shared friendship and memories with them. While our hearts are heavy with the news of Fred's passing, we take comfort in knowing he is experiencing everlasting joy with the Lord. We give loving prayers for Michelle, the children and grandchildren, family and friends of Fred.
