Frederick O. McConnell, 75, of Portsmouth, NH; formerly of Middleton, NH; passed away peacefully on Friday, March 18, 2022. He was born in Malden, MA on September 29, 1946, to the late Olin and Jennie (Citro) McConnell. Fred worked for many years as an accountant and owner of LTN Tax Services in Farmington, NH.
