Fred will always be missed and remembered. His quiet caring, skillful phography for others, and thought conversing were among many gifts he brought to others. He served people and never sought what should be greater recognition

Hey Mr. Mann I know you are in a better place. You came into my life when I had transferred from Texas A&I Kingsville and I was down and out about to just leave college behind. Mr. Mann you kept me in school, helped me find a purpose in life and truly gave me a future. I remember giving you a texas rangers cap and how we just called each other twins. Thank you sir for everything
Gods speed
That’s a Wrap! BUT YOUR LEGACY AND MEMORY WILL LIVE ON!

Mr. Mann meant a lot to me. He was my teacher for tv/film I and it was his class that persuaded me to switch my major to mass comms. I would not be where I am today without his teaching.

I just want to say thank you for having taught the only class that I ever felt I was able to excel in, contribute to, as well as provided a space where I felt that I actually fit in, during High School.
You are missed, Mr. Mann, and I can only hope students continue to have a teacher, during their school years or just in life in general, that leaves them with a positive experience during their schooling, as well as to look back on in their future.
RIP, Mr. Mann.

Words are never enough but Mr. Mann was an awesome and down to earth man. Always fun and interesting to be in his class. Will be greatly missed and dearly remembered. I was honestly blessed to have met him. May he rest in peace in the presence of the LORD and may God give peace and comfort to his wife, family, and friends. 💐

“That’s a wrap.” Somewhere, I still have the marble paperweight that you would give the KMAC seniors at our annual banquet. I loved you, Fred. I sure hope you knew that and that I told you at least once in your spotlight life.
My condolences to the Virginia and the Mann family.
