Freddy was my little cousin. I remember his huge smile and his beautiful blonde curls. He was so sweet. What great times we had visiting with Gram and Grandpa Joyce and swimming in Joyce’s Pond. Grandpa Joyce was forever kicking us out of the hayloft in the barn. Rest In Peace Fred. Love Eileen
Never a dull moment with you Fred you were always there  to help me with anything. Thanks. buddy
My heart is broken. I will miss you my dear friend. We became good friends while working together at FPU. We made each other laugh every day. I learned a lot from you buddy. You were so proud of your children and grandchildren. I’m glad you got to meet them before your passing. Ride on Brother. I will never forget you.
Fred Joyce, his friendship was woven into our history. So many stories, so many  shenanigans, so many laughs.  We will miss you. RIP

So sad and far too soon. You and your laugh will always live on in my heart. RIP ❤️
A big man with a big heart ♥️ Gone way too soon but never to be forgotten. His wicked grin lives on in his two sisters and two incredible kids. Safe travels, Fred…

I was so sorry to hear of his passing. Certainly gone too soon. Though I did not know him, I know he was very kind, generous and taught by example.  I’m sorry for his family and grandchildren and for all those who loved him so much.

The world needs more folks like him in the world.
