It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Frederick Douglas Hines on March 4, 2026. Born on September 14, 1962, in Chicago, to Joel and Precious (Butler) Hines.

Fred had a passion for drag racing and could often be found working on cars. He also had a deep interest in CB radios, bowling, and fishing.
