It is with great sadness that we announce Frederick Vincent Borns, 72, passed away on February 18, 2022 in San Jose, California.
Fred was born on August 2, 1949 to William and Rita Borns at Letterman General Hospital in the Presidio San Francisco. Growing up, he was an avid runner on the track and cross-country teams at Campbell High School and graduated in 1968. He later went on to study Business at San Jose State …
