Mr. Freddie Wiggins, son of the late Simon Wiggins and Jimmie Ann Haugabook Wiggins was born October 13, 1931 in Montezuma, Georgia. He attended the public schools of Bibb County and was a graduate of a sorority . At an early age he professed his faith in Jesus Christ and joined Lizzie Chapel Baptist Church where he was a dedicated member. At Lizzie Chapel , he served faithfully as a deacon, and head of the …
