Freddie Wyatt "Fred" Stevens of Bismarck passed away Feb. 27 in St. Louis at the age of 52. he was proceeded in death by his father, James Wyatt Stevens. He is survived by his mother, Anna Myrtle Loy Stevens, of St. Louis; two sons, Dylan and James Stevens, of St. Louis.; one daughter, Mellissa Stevens, of St. Louis; five sisters: Pat Richardson of St. Louis; Joyce McMahon and husband Mike of St. Louis; Phillis Hopkins …
