Freddie's obituary
It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Mr. Freddie "Fred" Lane, affectionately referred to as Freddie. Born on January 3, 1953, Freddie departed from us on September 29, 2023. His bright spirit and radiant love for life left an impact on everyone he encountered.
Freddie's memory will forever be cherished by his beloved wife, Lannette Lane, whom he married in 1982. His daily sweet nothings, such as "baby, you look so purty in the mornin' sun," will be undying reminders of their profound love. Freddie is fondly remembered by his children, Patricia Lane, Freddie "Louis" Lane Jr., and James "Kevin" Lane. He also leaves behind his beloved daughter Christina Phelps.
His grandchildren, Alexis Manchouck, Isabella Walker, Anthony Manchouck, and Ruger Lane, will forever carry in their hearts the love Freddie had for them. Freddie is also survived by his brothers Rusty, Donnie, and Sidney Lane.
Freddie was predeceased by his loving parents, Pansy and Walter Lane. We hope they find solace in being reunited once again.
Freddie's jovial nature and unwavering positivity were contagious. His lessons of kindness and patience were the cornerstones that guided his interactions with the world. He believed in the power of compassion and instilled these valuable ideals in his family.
Freddie's legacy is one of kindness, demonstrating that real strength lies in the gentlest of actions. His proudest accomplishments were his four wonderful children and the beautiful bond he shared with his wife, Lannette. He lived a life of love, joy, and endless kindness, setting a great example for his family.
