Obituary
Fred Wentworth Chapin, aged 77, passed away at home in Tabernash, Colorado, on January 24, 2026. He was born on October 30, 1948, in Boston, Massachusetts. He spent much of his childhood in Excelsior, Minnesota, graduating from Minnetonka High School in 1966. He moved to Colorado for college, graduating in 1970 from Colorado State College, now known as the University of Northern Colorado. Colorado was home to him for the rest of his life.
