FRANKLIN's obituary
It is with deep regret that we announce the passing of Franklin "Frank" Lowell on December 26, 2023. Born on August 15, 1951, Franklin was a man of warmth, love, and humor, who profoundly impacted the lives of those around him.
Franklin, also known affectionately as "Frank", preferred to be called Franklin. His vivacious spirit and endearing charm made him beloved among family and friends. His soft-hearted nature was reflected in the music he favored. Billy Joel's songs, filled with human warmth and sentiment, struck a chord within Franklin, making them his favorites.
Relishing in the simplicity and strategy of dice games, he often surrounded himself with family and friends for vibrant and engaging sessions. A fan of the all-American sport, Franklin enjoyed watching baseball. His great love for animals led him to support causes dear to his heart, such as the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA).
Franklin's legacy is one of hard work and constant love. He believed in the value of diligence and passed this wisdom unto others. His most powerful lesson was to work hard and love even harder. His legacy will forever be cherished as a man who gave love indiscriminately to everyone around him.
He is survived by his loving daughter Jennifer Lowell, and treasured granddaughters Lauren Dempsey and Natalie Dempsey. They, along with all who had the privilege to know him, will miss him dearly. The loss of his warm presence will be most deeply felt by his granddaughters, for whom he had a special bond.
The loss of Franklin is profound, but his spirit lives on in the hearts of those he loved. He will always be remembered for his warm, loving, and funny personality, and the enduring love he showed to everyone.
