Frank Dustin Wheat Utt , 37 of Chattanooga Tennessee passed away on Sunday May 16th 2021. Dustin was of the Baptist faith and he loved fishing and all sports. Dustin had a contagious laugh that all of his loved ones will never forget and to those who knew him he was more than just a friend.
