Frank's obituary
Frank was born June 18, 1960 in New Orleans, Louisiana and passed away on April 14, 2022 in Auburn, WA.
Frank was a caring and loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and friend. He is survived by his wife, Gwendolyn (Gwen) Parker, their three children: Joel (Carrie), Nadia, Demi (deceased), grandchildren Eden and Iris Parker, sisters Gwendolyn Bernard, Seneca Watson, and brothers Glen Davis (deceased), Alexander Davis, Carl Davis, Clyde Parker, Ricky Campbell, Dwight Campbell.
Gwen and Frank celebrated their 38th wedding anniversary on March 13, 2022. Frank graduated from Thibodaux High School, Delgado Community College in New Orleans, LA, Southern University in New Orleans, LA, Wayland Baptist University (BS), Park College (MS). Frank's military career with the United States Air Force extends from 1985 - 2005 (20+ years). Frank retired from the General Services Administration on March 31, 2022 (17 years). He enjoyed playing his guitar, singing, writing music, coaching and playing basketball, tennis, traveling, and eating various cuisines from around the world (foodie). Frank was also working on finishing his pilot's license. He loved watching the history and science channels, flying his drone, and most of all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Frank had a special devotion for praying the rosary with Holy Family's Prayer Group and attending church regularly.
