Frank was a good friend and will not be forgotten. 

He was a good man. He loved his wife Terry, and was always taking care of his mother in her final years. He was a great  asset to Geese Police during his time there; always willing and able to care for the many dogs when needed.  He was reliable and honest. He even adopted his working dog Pete when he stopped working.  He was a good friend and I will miss him and never forget him. They don't make people like Frank anymore. Goodbye my friend.
