Frank Henry Moore Jr., 82, of Warren, Michigan, lost his fight against Covid 19 on April 11, 2020.
On October 3, 1937, Frank was born to Frank and Ida Moore in Detroit, Michigan, where he was born and raised. There, he began his amazing legacy.
