Frank David Monarrez, 56 years old; Sacramento, CA
David passed away peacefully on December 19, 2024. He was born on December 22, 1967, in Sacramento, CA. He proudly served in the military as a 91 Papa X-ray Specialist and attended the Academy of Health Sciences at Fort Sam Houston, TX. He had a gift for making people laugh and loved to help others whenever he could. His kindness and sense of humor touched the lives of many.
David is survived by his mother, Grace Navarro; his three children: two daughters, Rebecca Stokes & Lucy Monarrez and one son, Nathan Monarrez; and his three brothers: Tony Lujan, Greg Lujan, & George Lujan.
He was loved by many. He’ll be missed but never forgotten.
