Sending my condolences to the family.  I used to work at Bishop Primeau/St. T's with Frank.  He definitely had a sense of humor and was a good man. He will ve missed. I know his family took good care of him as he had said that to many.  I bever knew he was in the Service and very interesting  background.  I was one of along with others that used to keep in touch with  Frank with Christmas cards and he did also. He will be remembered and feling the loss also. We all had a wonderful working atmosphere with nice people to make the day pass by quickly. May Frank rest in peace. Sincerely, Ginger Mooney
