My Uncle Cecil will be forever missed and forever loved. Jacquelyn Ingram Duncan
Frank was great friend and soldier!  Known Frank since the 1980s.  When I went back to Korea in the late summer of 1991 as a civilian contractor, Frank was instrumental in helping me out.  We stayed in touch even after I left the ROK in 2000.
To the Ingram family, my sincerest condolences.  Frank was my first permanent party assignment First Sergeant.  As such, he set the standard for me as to how a Top should conduct himself and the proper demands he should place on his unit.  I remember him for his patience and also his consistent demand that rules be followed.  He had the responsibility of counselling this young soldier and his soon to be wife and made no bones about how hard of a road we were embarking on.  He said it wasn't the easiest path to walk but was sure if I did right by her, things would work out.  That was 1987, and so far his advice has held true.  He was a much honored and admirable man in my mind, and I was honored to be allowed to serve with him.  I trust he stands in the presence of God, today.
