Frank Collins went home with Jesus October 20, 2022 .
He was in care of Waters Nursing home where his wife is also residing. He was survived by his six grandchildren, two daughters, and one son. Frank was married to his wife Barbara for 63 years, whom he is also survived by. He is a Moultrie, GA native but moved to Winchester, TN area for his most recent years, where majority of his beloved family …
