Frank Arthur Chlupacek, 2 months old, passed away Monday, April 22, 2019.

Frank was born February 7, 2019 to Andrew and Emily (Tarnow) Chlupacek.

He is survived by his parents; a brother, Andrew B. and sister, Kadence at home; maternal grandparents. Arthur (Paula) Smith of La Porte; paternal grandparents, Al and Marilyn (Spence) Chlupacek of Fish Lake, Indiana; aunts and uncles, Allen Chlupacek, David (Meredith) Chlupacek, Paul (Jessica) Chlupacek, and Nicholas (Emily) Tarnow; and cousins, Mitch, Ann, Edie, Vinny, Lucy, Charlotte, Hank, and Burl. He was preceded in death by maternal grandparents Lisa Smith and Thomas Tarnow.

Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Frank L. Keszei Funeral Home, Essling Chapel, 1117 Indiana Avenue, La Porte, Indiana. A Parish Rosary will be recited at 4:30 p.m.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, April 29, 2019 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Fish Lake, Indiana. Reverend Michael Heimer will officiate. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Walkerton, Indiana.
