Frank E. Cerovsky passed away peacefully after battling cancer on Tuesday, February 12th 2019 in Gladstone Virginia at the age of 71. Frank was born in Harrison, New York on September 29th 1947 & lived most of his life in central New Jersey. He spent his last years in Gladstone Virginia.
