Frank Joseph Artiglio (Franky/Tigger) was loved by everyone who knew him. Frank touched so many peoples lives, he loved to make people laugh and always seeing the brighter side of things. He was always willing to help, lend a hand or fix your car and even do your dishes. Frank lived most of his life in Mohave County Arizona.. he loved the outdoors especially boating on the Colorado River. He loved long walks on the …
