With humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the passing of Frank Anthony on January 19th, 2020. He was the beloved Son of Rebecca/ Oscar Romero & Frank Campbell , big brother and

The funeral service will be held at Horizon Church 1401 Hawkins Blvd, El Paso 79925, on February 15th at 5:00-7:00Pm. Service by Pastor Cliff Barnes followed with an open mic for those who would like to share a few words over food and drinks (provided).
