I was saddened to hear of Frank's passing. On behalf of all his former friends and colleagues at Hope UK I offer sincere condolences to all his family. On one of his visits to the UK we took Frank for a day out in London and made a photo album for him as a memento. The last picture is Frank asleep on the floor of his hotel room. What a day! What a guy!! R.I.P. Frank.
