Francis (Frankie) Llewellyn Stuart, 90, of Tucson, AZ passed away peacefully on July 26th, 2025 surrounded by family. Born in Quincy, MA on August 26th, 1934. Francis graduated from Quincy Vocational Technical Center as a small engine mechanic.
Francis spent 2.5 years in the National Guard and another 5.5 years in the USAF as a master mechanic serving in the Korean War. He spent over a decade as a commercial fisherman and another 50+ years …
