Frank was a gentle soul who was loved by all 💚Â

He always greeted me with a Smile. I clearly remember meeting him for the first time, as he prepared  his plate of food in the kitchen and made his way back to his computer pausing to say hello to the new kid in the house. Â
He was one of the most intelligent people I have ever known. He was patient and open minded and accepted us as we were.  I was just a kid when I befriended the O’Halloran. family on Market Street. ( or when they befriended me) His road was not always easy but he lead by example and taught us all acceptance and gave us reason to rise above the plane we were on.  But, even if some of us stumbled in life, he still stayed steadfast and supported those around him  He had a giving heart.Â
A Life well lived, known  as Pops to all of us kids that were always hanging at the O’Halloran’s  house. Â
Knowing his Spirit is Strong and Alive, Â he will be missed. Sending my Love and Condolences to you all. Â
