Mr. Francis Fran James McKeown, born on January 12, 1968 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to Ann and William, passed away at age 50 on May 3, 2018. Francis is survived by his brothers, William Jr. (Cheryl) and Brian (Debbie). Fran was a special person, from the day he was born, he had many challenges along the way. His infectious smile would melt your heart. He loved to color, do puzzles and watch TV. Along his journey he touched a lot of people involved in his daily life who he loved dearly. He is survived by his parents, his true angels, who always took care of him with all their love. Services will be Monday May 7th, at St Martha’s Church with a viewing at 9am and Mass to follow at 10am. In lieu of flowers contributions to SPIN Inc. would be appreciated. Francis loved bowling, coloring, puzzles & tv. He was involved at SPIN. Those who wish may donate in Francis' name to SPIN. Friends and family are welcome to attend the funeral service on Monday, May 7 from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at St. Martha’s Church, 11301 Academy Rd, Philadelphia.
