Frances Ann (Franny) Perkins was born February 16, 1944, to Earnest and Estalene McGaughey in Freeport, Texas and passed away on September 1, 2021, in Norman, Oklahoma.

She moved to Chickasha, Oklahoma in 1965. She worked for Commercial Music for over 30 years. She absolutely loved spending time with her family, working in the yard, and taking care of her beautiful flowers.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Charles Perkins, Brothers Ray McGaughey and William Nig McGaughey, Sisters Mada Stovall and Annie Spivey.

She is survived by her son, Trent Perkins, and fiancé Chelsea Kirby of Weatherford, OK. Daughters Leigh Ann Perkins and Jack Ratzlaff of Chickasha, OK, Shelly Rupe and Kevin Rupe of Ninnekah, OK. Grandson Blain Perkins and wife Nikki of Weatherford, OK. Great grandchildren Reed, Harper, and Riggs Perkins of Weatherford, OK. Sisters Sherry Kersh and husband Gary of Brazoria, Texas, and Paula Wadman of Sallisaw, OK. Sister-In-Law Charlann McGaughey of Brazoria, Tx. Also, many nieces and nephews. Special family friends Lorraine McHugh of Chickasha, OK and Tammy Allen of Weatherford, OK.
