Frances Valeria Motyer, 75, passed July 2, 2020 at her home in Cave Creek, Arizona. She is survived by her son Christopher Babin (fiancé Jaala Stewart), her beautiful granddaughter Francesca Rivera-Babin, brothers Frank Smagala (Claire Smagala), George Smagala (Margaret Smagala), and sister Gean Boock and the extended family and friends that lovingly cared and supported her. Her cat Coco, was always there, by her side, comforting and supporting her.

Fran loved life, her family, and especially her devoted husband Mark, whom preceded her in death a few years earlier. She lived in Yelm, Washington with her husband and cat Coco for many years. They shared a love for nature and each others company. Fran worked as a secretary until she retired. Recently she relocated to Arizona where she was always on vacation enjoying the Arizona sunshine and relaxing by the pool.

During this time, we hope everyone will celebrate Fran’s amazing life. She is loved, and will forever be with us. There will be a celebration of life at a later date. Updates will be shared soon.
