Frances's obituary

Frances Hopkins Lienau passed away on December 28th, 2021 in her Woodbridge home at the age of 64.

 Fran was born on January 1st, 1957 in Westbury, Long Island to Franklin and Jacqueline Hopkins. Wife of Chad Lienau, they married on June 21st, 1980 in Orlando, Florida. They spent the next 41 years together moving around the country and raising their daughters.  Fran was a wife, mother, and friend to many.  She was a Preschool and Kindergarten teacher for over 20 years and touched many children's lives. She enjoyed painting, theatre, animals, and dancing. Fran is survived by her husband, Chad, 3 daughters, Robyn (Jeremy and Mason), Ashley and Lindsey, sister-in-law Gwen, brother John (Sharon) and many nieces and their families. She'll be remembered for her infectious smile, her loving laugh, her kindness, and her big heart.

The family will receive visitors at their Woodbridge home on Saturday, January 8th from 1-4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
