Frances M. Fax passed away at her home in Aberdeen, MD on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. She was 82 years old. Born in Churchville, MD she was the daughter of the late Albert C. Lewis, Sr. and Hattie (Kennard) Lewis and wife of the late Berkley Fax, Sr. An active member of the Aberdeen Congregation of Jehovah Witnesses, Mrs. Fax had worked in the Accounts Payable department at Harford Community College and retired with 46 years of service. She also enjoyed crocheting, gatherings with her family and traveling. 

She is survived by her children Regina Fax, Verdella Fax-Johnson, Deirdra and her husband Lawrence Boddy, Tina and her husband Larry Giles, Berkley Fax, Jr. and his wife Barbara. Her surviving siblings, Albert Lewis, Jr. and his wife Margaret, Sisters Ann Bishop, Octavia Giles and her husband Roger, Sister-in-Law Pearl Christy, Brother-in-Law John Fax and wife Addie, Sister-in-Law Margaret Fax, Brother-in-Law Isaac Fax and Sister-in-Law Wahseeola Hoke,12 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren and a multitude of nieces, nephews and friends. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her brother, Darlington Lewis and Sisters Grace Bishop, Alma Cromwell and Shirley James.
