Frances Diane Dishman Douaou, 74 years of age, of Eubank, Kentucky, departed this life on Friday, September 26th 2025 at her home.
Frances was born in Somerset, Kentucky on November 1st, 1948, daughter of the late Raymond Lee Dishman and Reba Phyllis New Dishman. She was of the Baptist faith and she enjoyed gardening, plants, flowers, shopping, cooking and baking, going out to eat and sitting outside in her swing with her dog, Skipper. She …
