Frances Josephine (Hirsch) Bull passed away peacefully on January 18th. She is survived by her son Gregory, her daughter Stacy, her grandson Jack, and her former son in law Nick as well as her dogs River, Tiberius, Riley, and B’ellana. She is preceded in death by her husband Russell and he beloved dog Summer.
