With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Frances Ann Colon, who departed this life on January 23, 2026, at the age of 71. Born on December 21, 1954, Frances was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend whose warmth and kindness touched everyone she met.

Frances was the devoted wife of Andres Colon, with whom she shared a lifetime of love and partnership. Together, they built a beautiful family and a home filled with laughter, compassion, and unwavering support.

She was the cherished mother of:

• Aida Rodriguez (Ray)

• Cinthia Rodrigues

• Christopher Colon

• Lisa Hallstead

• Andrea Scott (Dustin)

Frances’s legacy lives on through her 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren, with one more blessing on the way. Her love for her family was boundless, and she took immense pride in each of them.

She is also survived by her loving siblings:

• Alice Morris (Bob)

• Michael Gilligan

Frances was predeceased by her parents, Francis Gilligan and Alice Gunnell Gilligan, and her siblings:

• Pat Simmons

• Bonnie Force

• Claire Horniacek

Known for her gentle spirit, generous heart, and unwavering faith, Frances brought joy and comfort to those around her. Her presence was a source of strength, and her memory will continue to inspire all who knew her.
