It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Floyd Standen on November 9, 2023. Born on February 17, 1949, Floyd graced the lives of many during his time on earth. His departure has left an indelible void in our hearts which will forever remain filled with his cherished memories.

Floyd was a beloved father, grandfather and friend. He is survived by his friend Stephanie and devoted children - Jody and Irene Standen, Kristopher Standen and Fiona Standen. His legacy will continue to shine through his grandchildren - Kane Standen, Randy Biscayno, Cypress Biscayno, and Mikah Biscayno, whose lives he touched deeply.

Floyd is predeceased by his parents, Richard Alfred Standen and Mabel Luella Carr, and his siblings - Myrna Steary (Mel), Malcolm Standen (Vickie), Earl Standen (Willie), Janice Turgeon (Gill), Lloyd Standen (Sylvia), and Howard Standen (Jane). Their love and values are etched in Floyd's remarkable life journey.

A Celebration of Life for Floyd will be held on November 18, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Delta Baptist Church. We invite all those who knew and loved Floyd to join us in honoring his life and legacy. As we gather to say our final goodbyes, let us find comfort in our shared memories and in the knowledge that his spirit lives on.
