Dear Gaibler family: I had the pleasure of working with Floyd while he was at USDA and at the Grains Council. He was always kind, insightful and brought his love and support of agriculture to the table. I was fortunate to work closely with him in the development and creation of the U.S., Argentine, and Brazilian collaboration on technology, called MAIZALL. The success of that organization was in great part due to Floyd’s boundless energy.

I will miss his collegial friendship. Prayers to you at this difficult time.
