Smallwood and Mother Glossie Rascoe-Smallwood on Monday, May 21, 1945. Her surviving legacy is her Daughter(Sheneyqua Mercan,) a Grandson(Devante Outlaw,) a Granddaughter(Tashanti Rascoe,) Siblings, and Host of Relatives.
