Florence "Tootie" (nee: Casper) Koderca, 90, of Kenosha, Wisconsin quietly passed away on an early Thursday morning August 25, 2022. Florence was born on April 30, 1932 and was the daughter of Henry and Marie Casper who preceded her in death. Florence was a past member of St. Casimir Church and attended St. Rita's school and graduated from Horlick om the very beginning.
