Flavia Leah Howard, known as “Leah” to her friends, passed away October 6, 2024. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 11:00 AM at First United Methodist Church, Castle Rock, Colorado. The link to Memorial service livestream when it goes live https://www.youtube.com/@cast…

Leah was born February 12, 1936 to Leslie and Dorcas (Mitchell) Dunn, in Caney, Kansas. She graduated from Caney Valley High School and married Bill Howard on July 18, 1954 in Caney, Kansas.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill, a brother and two younger sisters. She is survived by her son, Bruce Howard, and daughter, Pamela Cater, both from Texas. She is also survived by her three granddaughters, Jennifer (Howard) Steed, Amanda (Howard) Walton, and Julia Cater; as well as four great-grandchildren.
