It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Flakes Moore, a beloved family member, who left us on March 4, 2025. Flakes was born on July 7, 2008, and throughout his life, he was known for his loving personality, memorable antics, and heartwarming loyalty.

Flakes was a connoisseur of simple pleasures. He relished his favorite foods, which included carrots and grilled chicken, and was always keen to enjoy a refreshing drink of water with light ice. His love for the light-hearted animation, "Peanuts: A Charlie Brown Movie," was well-known, as he partook in watching the film enthusiastically every time it was on.

Flakes had an adventurous spirit and loved his share of peculiar recreational activities. He was known for his humorous routine of peeing on fences and chewing shoes.  He was notorious for his grand escapes from home, turning a simple game of catch into a thrilling neighborhood chase. His playful antics fondly remembered as he led family members on merry chases around the area. 

He was often commended for his good looks and great sense of fashion. Come Halloween, he always managed to remove his own costume, much to the amusement of everyone around him. Infamous for his relentless barking, He was affectionately known as the "barking dog" in the neighborhood, a badge he wore with pride. 

Flakes cared deeply for all of his family members. He remained a loyal companion to his sister, Shadoe Moore, until her untimely passing. Their bond was something he cherished dearly, and his loyalty to this relationship was one of his most commendable traits. 

Described best as loyal, Flakes was a beacon of love, trust, and companionship. His life echoed the lessons he imparted - to love and protect your family. Despite his playfulness and humorous antics, at his core, Flakes was a creature of love who brought joy to all around him.

The vibrant life of Flakes Moore will remain etched in our memories, his playful spirit forever linked with tales of neighborhood escapades and familial love. His absence will be deeply felt, but his legacy of loyalty and love will continue to live on in our hearts.
