FERRIS BARRY MALOOF 62 ,of Indianapolis, passed away on April 21 2019. He most recently worked at Marian University as a maintenance technician under Aramark Corp.

He enjoyed his love of fishing, camping, jazz music and anything sports.

Ferris was born November 23, 1956 in Boston, MA to Ferris Bishara and Georgette (Burpee) Maloof. He enlisted in the Marine Corp at 17 and served in SE Asia. Over the years, Ferris' journey went from being an elephant keeper in the circus in Florida to creating recipes as a head chef in a roadside cafe.

Ferris is survived by his son, Michael Maloof of Indianapolis, IN, Step-daughter Gina Skidmore (Kevin) of Oaklandon, IN , their mother Lora Gail Maloof of Indianapolis, IN, brother Bernard Brud Maloof (Vickie) of Houston, TX and sister Brenda Anderson (Gary) of Masterson, New Zealand. Ferris also leaves behind his mother, Georgette Burpee Maloof of Boston, MA, 4 grandchildren Morgan, Malcom, Maya and Seth as well as nieces and nephews.

Ferris is preceded in death by his father, Ferris Bishara Maloof.

As per Ferris' wishes, there will be no viewing or graveside services. Rather, a Celebration of Life will be held in his memory at a later time.
