It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a beloved husband, stepfather, and friend, Fermin Flores, who left us on January 27, 2026. Born on January 1, 1978, Fermin lived a life that was filled with love, care, and a spirit full of life.

Fermin will be profoundly missed by his wife, Staci Flores, to whom he was married in 2025. Though their time together was short, their love was timeless. He was a devoted stepfather to Jan Wise, Chris Sonephady, and Brandon Sonephady, all of whom will remember him lovingly.

Known for his big heart, Fermin carried a passion in life for the classic and the timeless. Among his favorite recreational activities was tinkering with his classic cars, one of his most significant accomplishments being the finishing of his 1973 Dodge Charger. His love for the color red was unsurpassable, a personality trait as bold and vibrant as the color itself.

Fermin was a great lover of entertainment with a particular affection for The Walking Dead and the movie Scarface. Yet, it was his daily life that was the true testament of his character - a loving, caring, and full-of-life man with a big heart.

We bid farewell to Fermin with grief, but also with the celebration of a life well-lived. A man of great passion, warmth, and kindness, he has left an indescribable void in our hearts. We take solace in knowing that his spirit lives on in the love he left behind and the memories he created.
