Felicia was born on February 21, 1948. Felicia went on to have 3 Sons, Abel, Roberto, and David. They also had many animals throughout their life as Felicia was a animal lover throughout her life. She loved her grandchildren Justin and Savannah and her great granddaughter Julianna. The family requests donations be made to help cover funeral expenses.
