Felicia Michelle Hilliard was born August 25, 1967 in Sacramento, California to Diane Hilliard and Nathaniel Maxwell. Felicia attended St. Austin's Catholic School for elementary and middle school and LBJ for high school in Austin, Texas.

She is preceded in death by her mother Diane Hilliard, father Nathaniel Maxwell, grandmother Katheryn Hilliard, sisters Rochelle and Amber Hilliard, brother Zachary Hilliard, aunts Katheryn Traylor, Shaunder Johnson, and Sylvia Williams, uncle David Hilliard, great aunt Beatrice Goodrich and great uncle James Barrow. 

As a child, Minnie was raised in a house full of girls that included aunts and cousins who considered themselves all sisters. All who knew Minnie, loved her. Minnie loved to laugh and play jokes on you. Her deep dimple smile would brighten up the darkest room.  She loved her children, family, friends, but her grandchildren had a special place in her heart.  You could not mess with MeMaw babies. 

Felicia's christian journey began at an early age at Loyalty Baptist Church in Austin, Texas. 

Minnie's memories are cherished by her children Myesha Harvey (Shasirae), Brandon Bailey, Kevin Roland, grandchildren Amarree Fox, Amannee Fox, Chase Moore, Chasity Moore, Shasirae Harvey III, Kevin Roland Jr, Kamron Roland, Kavari Roland, Brittany Hemphill, Leighah Bailey, Breighah Bailey, Branden Bailey Jr, Breyon Bailey, Sophia Bailey, and Kambri Wallace, brothers  Chris Mason, John Mason, sisters Tanya Maxwell, Terri Maxwell, and a multitude of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. 

Felicia "Minnie" Hilliard, passed away peacefully on January 5th 2024.  Minnie will be greatly missed but she was loved dearly and never will be forgotten. She will forever live her hearts.
