Fayetta's life would seem too short to many, but those of us who were Blessed to be touched by her understand that her existence and the imprint She left on our hearts exceed the quantity of time that she stayed here.
Fayetta was talented and adventurous in many aspects of her life. Not a day went by where Fayetta didn't talk about how much her children and family meant to her -- her family was arguably her most important achievement in life.

Fayetta is survived by her loving husband Clay Lewis, her parents, Mae Lewis and Edwin Lewis her children, Ray Lewis, Donna Palmer-Lewis, Eddie Lewis , and countless friends.>
Services are still being organized, but will be held at First Methodist Church of Jasper, Texas in the month of December.
