Fannie's obituary
Fannie’s legacy continues through her grandchildren—Brandy, Jessica, Kathryn (David), Katelynn (Jay), Lindsey (Jaimie), Brooke (Larry), Savanna, Logan, Adan, Allison, Lauren, and James Adam—and great-grandchildren—Emberly, Aurora, Drake, Ronin, Crysta, Colton, Hayden, and Brayleigh and those she loved, Carl Shields Jr., Katina Taylor and Shannon Williams, —each of whom she embraced with unwavering love. To Fannie, family was everything. She loved her children deeply and extended that same boundless affection to every grandchild and great-grandchild she claimed as her own.
A woman of deep Christian faith, Fannie lived by example—radiating kindness wherever she went. She never knew a stranger and had an extraordinary gift for making everyone feel welcome and loved. Fresh cut flowers and gardening were among her greatest joys.
Fannie's presence was a blessing to those around her—a source of comfort during hard times and joy during celebrations. Her nurturing spirit will be remembered in every blooming flower and every loving act of kindness shared with the legacy she left her family for generations to come.
May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her. A Celebration of Life will be held on August 2, 2025, from 04:00 PM to 06:00 PM at Bay Street Baptist Church 37181 FL-19, Umatilla, Fl.
