12.7.18 - 11.5.24

Our bravest and goodest girl Evie crossed over the rainbow bridge on 11.5.24, just a month shy of her 6th birthday. She gave us nearly 9 extra months after her histiosarcoma diagnosis, but in the end, her body couldn’t fight any longer.

She lived her best life every single day, and even more so these past 9 months. She went all the places and did all the things and we wouldn’t trade any of it. Every extra minute with her was worth the effort. The space she leaves is vast and deafening. We miss her more than words can convey.

I know she is with Nessie, and they’re rolling together on sandy beaches covered in snow and bobbing in ocean waves like seals. Fly high, my little bear. I will miss you desperately every day, forever. I hope the beaches are endless and the mountains are tall and full of pure white snow 💔🌈
