Evelyn Lorraine Stafford (Baker), 83, passed away peacefully at home on April 25, 2022. Evelyn was born on July 26, 1938 in Green Island, IA to Buelah Baker. Evelyn spent her career in civil service working in various states where she was stationed with her family before settling in Colorado in 1972.
