We regretfully announce the passing of Evelyn Francis, who passed away surrounded by her loved ones on July 15th, 2021. Evelyn had a difficult battle with cancer and is finally at rest. She will be forever loved and forever remembered. Evelyn raised two children, Francine Prince, and Sharon Williams.
